SARG History
In 2004, the Federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration awarded the Florida Governor’s Office the Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant.
The Governor’s Office of Drug Control assigned the task of implementing the grant to the Florida Department of Children and Families Substance Abuse Program.
This is Florida’s guide for community level implementation of the Strategic Prevention Framework.
